Why a masterclass works so well for coaches
A masterclass lets people get to know you before they buy. In 60 to 90 minutes, they see how you think, get a real win, and hear what it is like to work with you. By the end, the right people want more. That is why live classes and webinars are still one of the best ways to sell coaching programs, courses and group offers.
But the class is only one part. Most of the sale happens in the pages and emails around it. If people forget to show up, the replay is hard to find, or the checkout feels clunky, you lose buyers who were ready to say yes. A good masterclass funnel fixes those leaks.
What is in a masterclass funnel?
Every funnel we build has the same eight core steps. We adjust the details to your offer and your audience. Open any step to see what goes on it.

What we do for you
You do not need to hire a strategist, a copywriter, a designer and a developer. Our small family team covers all four, and you talk to the same people from start to finish.
- Strategy. Beth runs your discovery call and Angel maps the full funnel before anything gets built.
- Copy. Angel writes your pages and 7 to 10 emails in your voice. You review and approve every word.
- Design. Clean, readable pages that look good on phones, where most of your sign-ups happen.
- Build. Ryan builds the pages, tags, automations and checkout, then tests every link and payment.
- Training. A recorded walkthrough so you can run your next class without us.
Which platform should you use?
For most coaches, we recommend Systeme.io. It handles pages, email, automations, checkout and courses in one tool, with a free plan and paid plans from about $27 a month. That means fewer apps to connect and a much lower monthly bill.
If you also need text message reminders, a sales team pipeline or booked calls after the class, GoHighLevel may be a better fit. It starts at about $97 a month. Already on Kajabi or ClickFunnels? We can build there too. We will tell you honestly if switching is worth it. See our full platform comparison.
What it costs and how long it takes
Our Masterclass package starts at $1,800. It takes 3 to 4 weeks and includes 2 revision rounds and 30-day support after launch. You pay a deposit to start, then milestone payments. Your software is paid directly on your own account, so you own everything.
Just want a simple opt-in funnel first? Our Launch package starts at $750. Need a full website too? Look at our Signature System.
Tips to get more people to show up
A funnel is only as good as its show-up rate. These small things make a big difference:
- Keep the registration form short. Name and email is enough.
- Send a reminder one hour before and again when you go live. Those two emails do the most work.
- Give people a reason to come live, like a bonus or live Q&A.
- Keep the replay up for a limited time, such as 48 or 72 hours, so people watch it now.
- Pick a time that suits your audience’s time zone, not yours.
