Terms of service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Template notice: These terms are a reasonable starting template. They are not legal advice. Please have them reviewed by a qualified lawyer before relying on them.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of launchkinstudio.com and to the services provided by LaunchKin Digital Marketing Services ("LaunchKin", "we", "us"). If you hire us for a project, your signed proposal or agreement also applies. If the two conflict, the signed proposal wins.
Using our website
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Please do not misuse it, try to break it or copy large parts of it. The content on this site is for general information only and is not legal, financial or tax advice.
Proposals and scope
Every project starts with a written proposal that lists what we will deliver, the timeline, the price and the number of revision rounds. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it. Prices on this website are "from" prices and may change; the price in your accepted proposal is the one that applies.
Payments
- A deposit is due to book your project and start work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
- The remaining balance is paid in milestone payments, as set out in your proposal.
- We launch your funnel or website after the final payment is received.
- Late payments may pause work and move your launch date.
- Monthly care plans and retainers are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Software and third-party costs
You pay for the software your project uses (for example Systeme.io, GoHighLevel, Wix, WordPress hosting, Webflow, domains, texting fees and payment processing) directly, on accounts in your name. You own those accounts. We are not responsible for price changes, outages, policy changes or account decisions made by those vendors.
Your responsibilities
- Give us the content, access and feedback we need, on time.
- Make sure you have the rights to any text, images, logos or videos you give us.
- Make sure your offers, claims, emails and texts follow the laws that apply to you, including consent rules for email and SMS marketing.
- Review and approve work before launch.
Delays in feedback or content may move your timeline.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. A revision round is one combined list of changes to the delivered work. Extra rounds, or changes that go beyond the agreed scope, are billed at our standard rates.
Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the final copy, designs and builds we create for your project. We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, templates and methods, and to show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Support
Each package includes a support period after launch, as stated in your proposal. Support covers fixing problems with the work we delivered. New features or new pages are quoted separately or covered by a care plan.
Results
We work hard to build systems that perform well, but we cannot promise specific results such as leads, sales or rankings. Results depend on your offer, your audience, your marketing and many things outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Cancellation
Either side may end a project with written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that point. We will hand over any finished work that has been paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, it will be brought before the proper courts of Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
