Who we are
LaunchKin Digital Marketing Services ("LaunchKin", "we", "us") is a funnel and website studio based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu,Philippines. We are the personal information controller for the data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@launchkinstudio.com.
We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Where we work with clients in other countries, we also try to respect the privacy laws that apply to them.
What we collect
When you use our contact form
Our contact form asks for:
- Your name and email address
- Your business type
- The platform you use, if any
- Your budget range
- Your message
The form is processed by Netlify, our website host, through its Netlify Forms service. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and sent to our business email so we can reply.
When you book a call
When you book a call on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your business type, what you would like to talk about, the time you choose and your time zone. We also keep the visit ID, the page you first landed on and the site that referred you, as described below. Bookings are stored in our Netlify account, and a copy is sent to our business email through Netlify Forms. To limit abuse, we count bookings per network using a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which we keep for one day and cannot turn back into your address.
When you browse our site
Our host may log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site working.
We also run our own simple, privacy-friendly visitor statistics, so we know which pages help people. We do not use cookies or advertising trackers for this, and we do not store your IP address. For each page view we record:
- the page, and the date and time
- your approximate country and city, worked out by our host from your connection (the IP address itself is not kept)
- the website or campaign link that sent you, if any
- your device type and browser family
- a random visit ID kept in your browser until you close the tab, so we can count visits without knowing who you are
- simple actions such as finishing the platform quiz, sending a cost estimate or clicking "Book a call"
If you send our contact form, the visit ID, the page you first landed on and the site that referred you are sent with your message. This helps us understand what you read before getting in touch. We keep visitor statistics for about 13 months, then delete them. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we do not record your visit.
When you become a client
We collect the details needed to deliver your project, such as your contact details, business information, account access you choose to share with us, and billing records.
Why we use your data
- To reply to your message and arrange a call (based on your consent and your request).
- To prepare proposals and deliver the services you hire us for (to perform our contract with you).
- To send invoices and keep financial records (to meet legal obligations).
- To keep our website and systems secure (our legitimate interest).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to join one.
Who we share it with
We only share your data with service providers who help us run our business, such as:
- Netlify (website hosting, contact form processing, call bookings and storage of our visitor statistics)
- Our email provider
- Video call tools we use for calls, such as Google Meet or Zoom
- Payment processors, when you pay an invoice
Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect data with reasonable security measures. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages and call bookings for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. We keep client and billing records for as long as needed for the project and for tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
How we protect it
We use strong passwords, two-factor authentication where available, and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable organizational, physical and technical steps to protect your data. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the NPC as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is used
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Object to processing, or withdraw your consent
- Correct inaccurate data
- Have your data erased or blocked
- Data portability
- Claim damages, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
To use any of these rights, email hello@launchkinstudio.com. We will reply within a reasonable time, and in any case within the time the law requires.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
