A masterclass can sell your program better than almost anything else. But the class is only part of it. The pages and emails around it decide how many people sign up, show up and buy. Here is the seven-page blueprint we use, with what goes on each page.
Page 1: Registration page
This page has one job: get the sign-up.
- A clear headline that names the result. “How to land your first 5 coaching clients without paid ads” beats “Free masterclass”.
- Who it is for in one or two lines.
- Date, time and time zone, or “watch now” if it is on demand.
- Three to five things they will learn, as short bullets.
- A short form. First name and email. Every extra field costs you sign-ups.
- A bit about you, with a photo.
Keep it short. Most people sign up on their phone, in under a minute.
Page 2: Confirmation page
People are most excited right after they register. Use that moment.
- Tell them they are in and what happens next.
- Ask them to add the class to their calendar. This alone lifts show-up rates.
- Ask them to check their inbox and move your email to their main folder.
- Optional: a short video from you, or a simple worksheet to prepare.
Page 3: Live class page
This is where they watch. Keep it clean.
- The video or stream, front and center.
- The time it starts, so early arrivals know they are in the right place.
- An offer button that appears or is unlocked when you make your offer.
- Optional: a chat box or link to ask questions.
Page 4: Replay page
Many people who register will not come live. The replay brings them back.
- The recording, with a short note on what is in it.
- A clear deadline. A 48- to 72-hour replay window gets people to watch now, not someday.
- The same offer button as the live page.
Page 5: Sales page
Some buyers are ready after the class. Others need to read more. The sales page is for them.
- A headline that repeats the big result of your program.
- Who it is for, and who it is not for.
- What is included, module by module or week by week.
- Proof: client results, testimonials and case studies.
- Price, payment plans and your guarantee.
- FAQs that answer the doubts you hear on calls.
- A buy button every few sections.
Page 6: Checkout page
The checkout should feel calm and simple.
- The program name, price and what they get, one more time.
- Only the fields you truly need.
- An order bump: a small add-on they can tick, like a workbook or a bonus session. It often adds 10 to 30% more revenue from the same buyers.
- Trust signals: secure payment, guarantee, support email.
Test it with a real payment before launch day. Always.
Page 7: Thank-you and welcome page
The sale is not the end. This page starts the relationship.
- Congratulate them and confirm what they bought.
- Tell them exactly how to log in or what happens next.
- Invite them to a community, kickoff call or first lesson.
- Optional: a one-click upsell offer before this page.
The emails that connect it all
Pages get attention. Emails do the steady work. A typical masterclass sequence looks like this:
- Confirmation, right after sign-up, with the date, time and link.
- Reminder, the day before.
- Reminder, one hour before.
- “We are live”, as you start.
- Replay, after the class, with the deadline.
- Offer and story, the next day.
- Answering doubts, the day after.
- Last chance, a few hours before the cart closes.
If your platform supports it, add text message reminders for the one-hour and “we are live” moments. They are read far more often than emails.
Tracking what matters
Watch four numbers after each class:
- Registration rate: visitors who sign up.
- Show-up rate: registrants who come live.
- Replay views: people who watch the recording.
- Conversion rate: attendees and replay viewers who buy.
If one number is low, fix that step first. A weak registration page and a weak checkout are very different problems.
Which platform should you use?
You can build this blueprint on Systeme.io, GoHighLevel, Kajabi or ClickFunnels. For most coaches, Systeme.io is the best value because it covers pages, email and checkout in one tool. See our platform comparison for the trade-offs.
Want this built for you? Our masterclass funnel package covers all seven pages and 7 to 10 emails, written and built. Book a free launch call to talk it through.
